Chief Justice of Victoria Addresses Comprehensive Law

The Chief Justice of Victoria, Marilyn Warren, recently delivered an
address to a judges' conference in Australia about whether judges should be mediators. During her address, Her Honour referred to non-adversarial justice. She also referred to the different vectors of non-adversarial justice/comprehensive law.
