Practice Philosophy:
The theory and practice of lawyering, judging, other aspects of the legal system and legal education should based on concepts of human functioning that take into account the whole person and the multiple life issues associated with legal problems. Solving a legal problem may well require addressing these other issues. This approach requires an interdisciplinary focus and the development of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and processes not normally associated with conventional practices in the legal system.
