JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
In the unlikely event of any litigation that may arise between the User and CuttingEdgeLaw.com, the User agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of North Carolina and be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina. Both parties further agree that no lawsuit will be filed prior to exploring the options of mediation, collaborative law, or arbitration as a means of resolving their dispute.
