Another Survey - This One on Income

Collecting more information for the ABA Book, this survey is about income.

A common fear for lawyers is that their income will drastically change if they adopt more peacemaking and healing approaches like collaborative law, therapeutic jurisprudence, and restorative justice.

I've talked to lawyers for whom this was true, their income did go down, and to those who had the opposite result. Many of the lawyers whose income decreased also reported that they thought it was worth it. And we all know lawyers who are struggling financially or are doing litigation reluctantly because of finances.

This survey is for practicing lawyers, full-time and part-time.
